BODEGAS RE is a family project with his daughters Macarena, Piedad and son Pablo, is a concept of wines of unique character that Recreate their ancestral genesis through the use of hand crafted vinification in clay amphorae, combined with modern technology and knowledge. REcreate, REinvent and REveal ancestral wines as made in centuries gone by using earthenware (tinajas) as in biblical times and as used by Pablo’s ancestors 9 generations earlier in the Maule Valley. Pablo was the first Chilean to develop the Casablanca wine region, where BODEGAS RE has been his sole project since 2008.
